In the U.S. it is not unusual to find vehicles decorated with stickers and peculiar license plates, plate frames or both. There’s nothing similar in Europe, that’s why I made this project for Cruiser Frames based in Monument, CO. It’s a themed plate frame with horns and tail named obviously “Black Devil“.
